Myself and the Australians can now create open tournaments. I've setup a few. Go ahead and see if there are any you want to join. Let me know if you experience any issues.

Only thing that sucks is that whoever creates a tournament automatically gets entered in it. Meh. For the 4th slot, let me know if you want to replace me. If not, I'll just get my butt kicked in each one.
