Can't I play playing with fire? Is it like, not compatible with MAC's or something?

No idea to what extent this is compatible with Macs. I would assume as long as you're using IE you should be safe.

What browser are you using then, and is your flash up to date? I can't imagine the requirements for any of these games are very high.

It probably your internet browser or flash player version.
