You just don't see it. Little bits of things like improved poses and tighter lines in your sketches are showing through, even if you're not really noticing. One of the few things that demand your attention now in characters is just little details. Putting that extra time in, you know. Also, you'll have to breakdown and start doing detail in backgrounds eventually. A little experimentation never hurt. I know, I should learn to take my own advice and do more backgrounds >_> You know, come to think of it, backgrounds are a lot easier to do if you know where to take shortcuts. Take that panfan pic, for instance - I only drew about 1/6th of the stacked pans in the background, and then duplicated the layer and used it as a stamp. I hope I'm not sounding condescending, because I'm honestly still very impressed with how far your abilities have come from the first pics you posted on viggif. |

| Marshmallow Knight ☆ Supermod | Aw, thanks AI. I welcome any constructive comments from art guys like yourself, and I also welcome constructive comments from other peoples too (regardless of how much art skill they say they have). I'll also have to break down and learn to draw guys too. My friends are starting to become weirded out since I draw girls or otherwise girly men. =/ |

| Marshmallow Knight ☆ Supermod | Here's a "picture" of Parakarry, having no idea who he is or what he actually looks like: ![]() My only insights were from Paper Mario, so I added some goggles and a messenger bag. Everything else? All me. |
