I draw with a regular black pen most of the time, and do additional coloring and whatnot with Arcsoft PhotoStudio.

Yeah, I've tried that with a couple of low-key programs, but the transfer always brings paper smudges that I can't erase or edit out. I'll look into arcsoft, though, thanks for the info.
