Besides name-generators, I doubt randomly picking stats/foundation for a character is going to do anything to help writer`s block... or writing. =p Unless you just want to write a short-story of no importance, or something.

Good for starting a fun little story or a fanfic, but if you want to start a serious project or you're in the middle of one, you can only fix it yourself.

^Yes. And frankly, i stopped using even name generators. There's something to be said for a name you come up with yourself. And it doesn't need to be Ash't'huralbubanishku, either. Keep it simple.
