Heck, even MSPaint allows you to save it as a .gif or .jpg, and it's at most quarter-decent.

Okay, I made a new one and tried to put up the picture, which I changed to a .gif. But wait! It shows up as a .bmp anyway! ALRIIIGHT! GO ANGELFIRE!

Oh wait. I actually have two copies, and one is a .bmp. I'll just put up the .gif version...
