I'm a Pianist (Sorry, No sample) and I draw in a cartoony manner. I'm also a little bit of a Graphic Drawer (See Jeff) and a starting chef. XD

I'm a 3D artist, mostly because I can't shade things by hand >_<

A bit of a cartoonist and pixel artist. (Want to see my stuff? Go here. )

I do it just for fun, as well. I WAS going for graphics design in college, but I'm starting to have second thoughts on that.

I don't consider myself an artist, but I do dabble in that realm as a hobby.

I don't feel like an artist, although I do produce things that can be taken to be art. I do it mainly because it is a cheap and portable method to 'kill' time, as paper and pencil are usually within reaching distance.

Plus, I hear that girls like guys who can draw.

You'd be right there, Ace

Yeeees, I'm definitely an artist. My chosen skill, other than being wonderful! XD

Painting (acrylics on canvas) is my forte, I might put up some pictures again later or something. I'm still playing with watercolours, intend on working on them a bit when I have the time. You can all see my dragonfly when it finally gets completed. Other things to do beforehand.

Drawing, oh damn, this last one I did as a birthday present... I swear, I'm still in awe of myself. Now, you can't see it because not only would that mean the recipient would get a preview, but it's personal and not for you The next thing I draw that's of similar vein, I'll try and show off some.

Craft/sewing/pottery/general creating is something I constantly do. Give me some little bits and pieces and I'll have made a strange but awesome little decoration in a little while. I've made jewellery (precious metals, beaded and other types), wall hangings, pots, bowls, a teapot (try making a spout on the wheel. go on, I dare ya.), you know... little things from cardboard and glued together and all sorts of trinkets. My hands are always busy.

Writing, well, I'm just under a third of the way through my novel (minimum word count as gauge for progress, it's only at the end of chapter three- there's another eight chapters to go!) and I throw together all sorts of little things. Wrote a poem just today. Again, you're so not seeing it *giggles*

Uhhh my hair and makeup are an artform at times. But that's just from boredom, or to take cool photos. Oh yea! I mess around a bit with picture editing programs, but in that instance, I've got nothing worthwhile showing. Always on the computer for a reason other than just playing, you know.

I would consider my work to be artistic on occasion. Mostly, I just work for visual appeal and the satisfaction of having something to do

I also write music, which I spend much more time on. I really value the process, and in my opinion, feel that art should lead to the general improvement of life. I don't like it to hold much pretense.

Oekaki?

Could you go into more depth? I've never heard of that before.

^ Definition of oekaki on Urban Dictionary. Although I wouldn't call your stuff oekaki per se, more like art drawn with MS Paint (no offense intended).

Definitely similar in appearance to oekaki, but oekaki is defined more in process than in end result.

I don't consider myself an artist but I love to draw. In graphic pencils. I do feel quite pleased with my portraits of the few people I have wished to draw and I like to draw, what I term, "things-with-wings". The 'why' can be explained as, it's a good way to express oneself...

Aside from some sounds being a little too rough, I like it. Interesting manipulations.
