The sun sank into the mountains, and the long day turned into a cold night. We were all exhausted from the long drive as we checked into our hotel. The five of us had booked one double room. Four of us would occupy the two beds and one would get the couch. I knew I wouldn't be sharing a bed with Faye. I knew who would.
