He's not the dentist you want working on your teeth. For starters, he'll always sabatoge your teeth in some way so you'll keep returning. What sets him over the top is that he actually passes himself off as a hammy supervillian. He's also pretty nasty, as he implants devices in all of his patients' teeth that will cause them agonizing pain whenever he feels like it (he's also a pediatric dentist, which makes it eviler)....

So, Captain Rhedd has enlisted three of his friends to board his spaceship, the titular Three Kelvin, to help defeat the nefarious Paxton and save the galaxy from his greedy ways. Because it interferes with their greedy ways.
