It's somewhat inspired by Bionic Commando. It would work best for Wii, but it could work for PC or even DS.

You have a grappling hook, which you can point with the Wiimote/mouse/touchscreen, and use it to cling to walls. Unlike Bionic Commando, though, you don't swing from it, you just stay in the place where your hook connected. And you must progress through the level in such a manner.
