Glux's Playthrough of Pokémon Diamond Version (Victory Road - Pal Park)

Day 14: Today started my expedition to the Elite Four! After shuffling my team, and some exchanges in the PC, I headed North on Route 223 to Victory Road. I healed at the PokéCenter and wandered in. The Pokémon here are a bit stronger than my team, so it's a good place for some leveling up. After my team had taken multiple beatings, I realized I had put away one of the two Pokémon I needed to get through here; Gabite, my Rock Climber. So I headed back out to my PC and grabbed him out sticking in Dialga because I didn't need it. I got pretty far into the cave before I needed to heal/got defeated. And I now realize that I really hate the move Earthquake. I went back in and tried again, beating the Trainer, but losing to the next one. like I said, I hate Earthquake. So I went back in a 3rd time (like I had a choice), and finally beat him. I got quite further before I finally lost.

Day 15: I finally made it through Victory Road. I healed up, saved, and talked to the guy in front of the door to the Elite Four, and then was challenged by my Rival, who I beat. I healed again and the guy counted to 8, and then I was let in. I wasn't expecting to get anywhere really, I just wanted to know kind of what I was up against. Aaron started out weaker than I expected. I made it through his first 5 Pokémon and was about to win... then he sent out his Defend Order/Heal Order spamming son-of-a-bee-sting Vespiquen. After becoming so frustrated because my last Pokémon, Luxray, wasn't cutting it because of it's Defend Order spam. Then I'd get really close, and it would use Heal Order. By this point I was trying to lose because I knew I wasn't going to win. The only problem was that Vespiquen only used a damaging move 1 for every 5 or 6 turns, and Power Gem just wasn't doing enough damage to end... sooo I turned off the game.

Day 23: The only thing that's been going on lately is training (I won't update unless something non-training happens). I went to Iron Island and met Riley, and made my way through the not-so treacherous caves to defeat 2 Galactic Grunts, then received an egg! What could it be?

Doing more training lately. I got kind of bored with this game because the only place to really train at this point is the Elite 4 itself, and it's kind of boring to fight them over and over. I'm getting closer little by little though.

Day 175:
Marchie was here to LP. He sold all my useless items and bought me Hyper Potions, Revives, and other items, and started the Elite Four, beating just Aaron, the first guy. Later I turned on the game and proceed to blow my way through the Elite Four having trouble only with Lucian and Champion Cynthia.

So yeah, I win now. Screw you all, I'm the Champ.

Got the National PokéDex! I've already made use of Pal Park, bringing Pokémon up from my friend's Ruby version that he literally stole from Marchie's cousin (Articuno Lv.70, Groudon Lv. 56, Sceptile Lv. 62, Regice Lv. 41, Salamence Lv. 99, Regirock Lv. 42). I mentioned it was stolen, because the Pokémon brought up are ones that Marchie's cousin raised.

I also brought up, from FireRed, Zapdos and Moltres Lv. 50, Ditto Lv. 30, Aerodactyl Lv. 5, Kabuto Lv. 23, Charmeleon Lv. 53.

NOW IT'S TIME TO COMPLETE THE POKéDEX!!
