Seeing Stars - A rant about concert-going

Last night I went to see the band Stars in New Orleans. It was really awesome! I had a great time <3

But there are a few things that happened last night that I feel like ranting about. It's basic concert etiquette.

1. Don't push your way in front of people.

This is rude, but I care more if you're taller than me. It's much worse when you're not even watching the concert. See # 4.

2. Don't bring an open beverage into the crowd.

Your beverage will either:
A) get dropped/knocked out of your hands and break on the floor
B) spill on people next to you while you dance around like a tard (yes, I got beer spilled on me)

3. Don't light up a cigarette in the crowd.

Do I really have to talk about this? You're in close quarters with people. Smoking is not a great idea.

4. Don't make out/grind on each other plz.

This is gross especially if it's right in front of you or pressed against you. Ugh.

5. Leave the backpack at home.

It's hard enough to move around in the crowd without getting stuck on some guy's stupid backpack that's digging into you.

Anyway, in retrospect, these were all minor things that didn't get on my nerves at all while I was there. Luckily I was still able to have a great time and ignore these things... at least until I got home. <3<3
