This month: Songs by little-known vocaloids. And a drooling bear with a stamp in his mouth. Promise.

Yuu - Sasameku (Miku Hatsune)

This is the first of two Yuu songs on here. I wish I could find a version of this I like more. Not saying that there's a problem with Yuu or anything... but I can see this being a favorite song of mine if it was covered by the right people. This is a really short song, but it's fast and I love the beat in the background <3.

Koman - Hello, Worker (Luka Megurine)

There were so many covers of this recently! Unfortunately, this song isn't really my favorite. After listening to countless covers of this, I found a few that I like... and that's why it's here. Koman's name is sometimes written Koma'n, but I don't care. Unnecessary apostrophe is unnecessary.

Wataame - Sayoko (Miku Hatsune)

This is one of those songs that I really disliked before I heard someone awesome do a cover of it. I guess it's because this song is too slow and uninteresting for me. Wataame's voice is nice, though. It really fits this song well.

Yuu - Yougisha M no Tousou wa Gozen 5-ji kara (Miku Hatsune)

The title is "Suspect M's Escape at 5AM" but I think it should be called "Boobs Escape at 5AM." Yes. I love the part where she kicks that guy in the head while she's standing on his shoulder. <3 Yuu's voice is creepy as usual. And paired with the jazzy, hip-hop song it sounds... interesting. But I like it. I actually don't know what anime this is from, and I don't really care to know :I

A24 - Nenchaku-kei Danshi no 15-sai Nechinechi (VY2)

The title is "15 Year Obsession of an Adhesive Man" It's pretty much about this guy that sends letters to a girl for 15 years with no reply from her. I love the part where he says that any girl except his girl looks like a shaggy radish. Also apparently he likens her to extreme ironing, complex math, a grand slam by the 16th Makushi-ta wrestler, and an AMPA receptor. Towards the end of the video he has an accident and forgets everything except that he loves this girl who never replies to his letters. In the 15th year he recovers his memories and starts to cry because she's been dead the whole time and he had forgotten. Also, BE CAREFUL because licking stamps may result in you becoming a drooling bear.

Usa - Howareyou (Miku Hatsune)

This song is really cute! The video is pastel-colored and girly too. Also, she has a bun on the top of her head which reminds me of Mystic Maya. [/one track mind] Usa's voice fits this sort of song perfectly imo. Her voice is so soft and cute!

Hana-tan - Yuragi (Lily)

Seems like it's been a while since I've heard from Hana-tan. Her singing is so airy here and she holds the notes really long. The harmonies are amazing *_* It sounds really professional.

Kakichoco - Last Effect (Miku Hatsune)

Deep voice. I'm sure if you've read all my other blogs, you know how much I love ladies with deep, powerful voices. I'm pretty sure most of Japan is the opposite, though. I mean... they like high, cutesy moe voices. <_> Most of this video is animated in MikuMikuDance, but they have some still images and stuff mixed in. Also, I'm love with the violin. (´・ω・`)

MARiA - Arrow of Love (Miku Hatsune)

Oh wow, MARiA. This reminds me of her cover of ARiA. Her voice sounds really smooth and mature. <3<3

Nano - Gallows Bell (Miku Hatsune)

FFFFFF English version of Gallows Bell. Nano's voice is great. And pronunciation is perfect as always. She had help from buzzG (composition), tomodachiboshuP (mix), and ke-san (video). She wrote the lyrics herself too (as usual).

Rib - Maigo Life (Rin Kagamine)

Title is "A Stray Life." The art for this video is really cool. I like the limited colors they used for this. Also, it's hard to tell whether it's Rin or Len on-screen during some of it. Rib's voice is a little harsh, but I think it fits well.

Fukuwa - Kanaria (Len Kagamine)

One word. Accordion. This song is really awesome. Mostly because it reminds me of France. Or Layton. Or France!Layton. <_> Anyway, Fukuwa's voice blends nicely with this song. SO anyway, why don't we print the word MONEY on all the world's cash and make that the universal currency.

Alilem - Coconut Mall Rap / Metro Cross Rap (Original from Mario Kart for the Wii / Metro Cross)

Favorite part: "Salagadoola, mechickaboola, bibbidi-bobbidi-boo!" Because it was unexpected. Yep, Alilem made up his own lyrics for a Mario Kart song. It's really fun, catchy, and energetic! Also, I really, really love the Metro Cross part. It's soooo awesome!! The Metro Cross song was also used in Noby Noby Boy

Guriri - Glow (Miku Hatsune)

( ゚д゚) I have no words. This is really beautiful! This a piano and strings version of the song. Which means it's the awesome version. The Korean Singers from NND are coming out with an album soon called "Voices in a Bottle" and this song is on it. I think this is gonna be a great album if this is any indication. Anyway, Guriri's voice is so powerful! This here is why she's my favorite female Utaite.

Ryo-kun, Puruto, TaMU - Arrest Rose (Gakupo, KAITO, and Len Kagamine)

I seriously thought they'd cast Ryo-kun to play Len, but he's singing Kaito's part. Instead they had the deeper-voiced Puruto sing Len's part. And that confused me because I was like, "Huh? Doesn't Len get all the solos?" <_> I really love all of Puruto's solo parts though. He's amazing. Anyway, this song is originally by Vanan'ice, who do a lot of Gakupo, Kaito, and Len collaborations.

Tane - Natsu ni Sarishi Kimi wo Soufu (Miku Hatsune)

Title is something like "Leave in Summer, you're in my Fluffy Thoughts." Welcome to a dance club... for sheep. Yes. This is a love story between top-hat!sheep and red bow!sheep. The song is really jazzy and upbeat... and it's very catchy. ARPK is short for alpaca in Japanese. The more you know...

Guriri, TMDC, Nobunaga - Choose Me (Original by Hyadain)

This is amazing. Seriously. I've had Tane, Misaki, and Moka's version of this song for a long time, but this version tops it imo. TMDC sounds so soft spoken and sincere. Guriri's harmonies are crazy. She sings high and low. Nobunaga sounds awesome too :3 Ah~ So, the plot is that the boy was with one of the girls (in this case Nobunaga) and the other girl (Guriri) fell in love with him and he can't decide which of the two he likes the most. Hence Choose me. Guriri is the blonde and Nobunaga is the redhead. If you watch Tane, Misaki, and Moka's version you can see the original video with Hyadain, Hyadaruko, and Miku. NO NO NO NO NO NO no no no no no no...

Vivienne - Cosmos (GUMI)

ヽ(´▽`)/ Awesome. This is just my type of song. Vivienne pulls through for me again! And this sounds epic. I want a dress made of the universe...

Mi-chan - Senbon Sakura (Miku Hatsune)

I got SO MANY versions of this song this month. I loved "A thousand cherry blossom trees" from the moment I heard it. This song has such a nationalistic feeling. Also, ICBM stands for Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles. <_> Anyway, I love Mi-chan's voice here. He always uses a lot of vibrato, but it's consistently awesome. If you wanna hear a deep female version check out Cocolu.

Owata - Cyber Thunder Cider (VY1)

OBSESSION. I love this song. I heard a few other versions that were really autotuned, but this one has very little autotune. And that makes it amazing. This song is pretty fast, so I'm sure it was hard to sing. The video isn't much to talk about since it's just scrolling text. But there's a pretty funny dancing stick guy.

Next Month:
