Games that I've beaten 3: I told you about Word Counts!
Tony Hawk's Underground 2
I'm...not so sure I want to say that the first one counts, because my brother is who actually beat it, then he took both of these games with him. Personally, this game was weaker in story, and a lot more stupid. At least until the ending, when you manual to the bottom of a hill to show Bam Magera who's boss. It was a fun game to be sure, but the story just made everything really dumb. There's one point where the game states you've been kicked out of the competition and they do the typical weird prank, but instead of having any sort of significance attached to it, it's just glanced over, and then something else suddenly happens to allow you to redeem yourself. At least it kind of improved on the mechanics of the last game :/
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland
mmmmmmm... This was an alright game really. It's true that I did like the Story Mode way better than THUG 2, but when it came to anything after that...eh. Maybe it's just me but maybe I was getting tired of skating games. The characters were really goofy, but then again, I did pick up a skateboarding game so.... Other than my disinterest, the gameplay was better than ever, with no loading times and a bunch of other stuff from past games like the arcade mode, it was a really fun game for anyone who isn't me. However, I gave the old game to my brother, and any subsequent Tony Hawk games are a billion bucks now. Maybe I'll go check out Skate...
Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion
This game was pretty good. It has its problems that one should be aware of, but other than that it was a fine game with alot to do. Sometimes, I just looked around at the atmosphere and enjoyed the pretty foliage....aw, I'm kiddin' I spent my time picking mushrooms. Still, it was a great story, and it's a game that, despite not being too difficult, can be very fun to work around. The various missions are enjoyable, and the game never becomes dull or boring. There's always something to do, and by the time you've done everything, you'll probably want to do it again. Of course, if you want to make sure AIs survive in this game, you probably don't want to level up, as the leveling system got broke in this game. Still, I enjoyed it. Also By Azura, By Azura, By Azura!
Smackdown Vs. Raw 2006
This is by far one of my favorite Wrestling games, and for good reason. The gameplay is solid, the Character Creation is pretty much flawless, and for its time, the game looks amazing. Granted the Storyline is pretty stale, since it's two storylines with only a few variances, but everything else is pretty much perfect. I've been meaning to pick a new one, but all the ones after this one just don't seem as good or have something that while interesting, ultimately didn't work out. The only thing I didn't do is unlock Jake the Snake, which I need a PSP and a copy of the game on it, and The Million Dollar Man, which I haven't gotten to yet. I love this game, and I'll play any wrestling game that matches up to it.
Smackdown Vs. Raw 2011
This game may not be the best ever, but it has plenty of stuff that made me buy it eventually. The Story mode is an interesting idea, taking you on 5 very different paths that were pretty enjoyable. It even has a "WWE Universe" that I fully enjoyed. However, the game seems a little less enjoyable and varied than 2006 due to its having a new system to deal with. This leaves about a handful of certain kinds of moves, so tough luck if you wanted a submission wrestler! Still, it's a dream otherwise, and if you want a wrestling game on this gen, this is the one you should get. Not WWE 12, that sounds terrible.
Spiderman 3
Arg. This game is good for the most part, but a lot of the missions just anger me so much, especially timed or protect missions, because I really hate those. Not to mention that the ending was really different from the Movie that it is based on. As a whole, it's a fine Spider-Man game and managed to keep me intrigued, but f**k those Quick-Time-Events. f**k em f**k em f**k em F**K EM!
Wind Waker
This game presents a few good ideas and for the most part, this game is enjoyable. The only bad thing about it is when you have to hunt down the Triforce Pieces, because it's a whole lot of busy work. I suppose the game is easier than the other Legend of Zelda games, but I wouldn't really know. Still, I enjoyed what there was in this game especially the cartoony look it all had, although I'm still not a big fan of Stealth Segments gotta say. Also, Floormasters suck.
Megaman 1
God was this game hard. It shows that this was a "first attempt" as they threw a bunch of ideas in each stage to make sure the game was varied enough, and well it's definitely an enjoyable game and all. However, this game managed to be quite hard all things considered. Though, the Wily Castle is nowhere near as hard as MM2's Wily Castle, that has to be said.
Megaman 3
Megaman 3 was the first game to include sliding, and boy do you need it. I managed to Buster-Only all but Shadow Man and Gemini Man, which kind of shows how much better I got at this game series, though the Doc Robots can still kill you hella quick. It shows that the game designers started to learn the balance between easy and hard with this game, and on the whole, the game was fun to play. Though I suppose using Top Spin on Gamma isn't too fair. >_>
Megaman: The Power Battle
The first Megaman Arcade game, and the most basic of the two. It was fun to fight the other robot masters, though the game itself wasn't too hard. In fact, you could just tank the bosses and still win, but that's the problem with using coins for lives I suppose. I don't know if there was any real difference between characters though.
Megaman 2: The Power Fighters
Duo joins in as a Storyline is introduced. Most fights, and more variance in the robot masters. The Game didn't get any harder, but there is a little more offered in this game. Other than that, there isn't much to say.
Professor Layton 1
This game managed to put my brain to the test. I was into the game's story from start to finish, and all of the characters were cool to interact with. The art style was different and interesting, and the plot twists were very unexpected. The only thing that I didn't care for was that the ending was pretty much hands-off. I know it's a puzzle game and all, but I don't know, maybe I expected more? Other than that, this game was simply sublime, and I suppose it showed me that casual games can be just as good as a hardcore game. If the difference is even important.
Diablo 2
How are you supposed to beat this game on your own? Seriously, the bosses can kick your ass 10 times to Thursday if you don't train right. In addition, Act 2 curves up in difficulty so fast, you'd wonder if you missed an act before hand. I blame the Dung Beetles. Still, I managed to have alot of fun. I may play this by myself to see if I can do it alone, but this is still a great co-op game.
LittleBigPlanet
I love this game. The customization is staggering, and seeing other people's levels is a great way to find what people think are good games. The story is pretty expansive and cover alot of bases, and I liked that they made a moral to match their sales pitch. Though, having all the NPCs with those creppy smiles put me off. The Challenges are, well, challenging and fun to do, and the created levels are of different variances as well, going from Survivals, to Story filled. I wish I could get the sequel, but I suppose waiting for the Game of the Year edition won't hurt....it does have more in it. Also "It heats up from here" and "This requires some skill"
Meteos
I loved this puzzle game. It appealed to the vandel in me to pummel opposing planets with big blocks. Also, being able to lift the entire wall of blocks with a few matches just made me laugh with glee. I played this game alot when I was evacuating from Katrina, and I don't regret it for a minute. The Sounds were great, and the different planets provided different challenges. It just has this quality to it that I really like.
Portal
I forgot to add this last time. Personally, this game was a very interesting game to overcome. The puzzles challenged my stupidity when it came to these kinds of games, and I managed to avoid dying from most of them (I still got smashed by pistons). The people at Valve really pulled out all the stops and everything the game did kept me intrigued. The Final Boss, while not too hard, is a somewhat puzzling boss that you need to get around in order to win, and as a whole it showed that we can make 1st person puzzle games fun.
Streets of Rage 2
I looked at Streets of Rage Remake first, so of course this game looks much more inferior. Still, the game had its fair share of challenge and although you can mash half of the enemies away with a pipe, others require a much different finesse. Mr. X was a bullet shooting jerkwad, but a good final boss all the same. As it is, this game is a shining example of Beat-em-ups and I had alot of fun. Flying enemies suck though.
Super Mario Galaxy
This game originally sent me for loops. I mean, it was a good game and managed to stay fresh and interesting, even when using the same themes, but that whole walking around the planet messed me up at first. This is also the game that restored Bowser as a villain in my eyes, after all the games that portrayed him as stupid ruined it. It managed a grand combination of skill and difficulty and you could Play as Luigi! How cool is that? Also "NO! MY MEAT! My roast is toast!"
I will add more as I complete more.
Feel free to post your own if you want!

| | Diablo 2: The game changes the difficulty based on how many people are playing, so it'd be easier alone. Also, you probably have to be less of a coward than you usually are. You should probably go tank. LittleBigPlanet: I effing love this game. And Moustache. It's not the same without Moustache. And play Phoenix Wright :I |
