When my wii broke all I had to do was mail it into Nintendo and they fixed it. Good as new. Granted I had to pay $85.

My laptop breaks and I have to call tech support, then when they can't help me a repairman is sent. He fixes the problem, free of charge yay warrenties.

Everything is all fine and dandy right? Wrong, a problem shows up which he tries to fix as well but can't. I get told to call tech support again...
