Basically, just list ways characters in Capcom games are idiots.

Example:

-Instead of just executing Dr. Weil, everyone just put him in a regenerative suit, allowing him to torture future generations. (MegaMan Zero 4)

-No one, not even the "genius" Dr. Light could predict Dr. Wily would escape from jail until eight games went by. (Megaman, Original)

-Morrigan really didn't realize she wouldn't get as much fame if she didn't one up Felicia's fashion statement. (Vampire/Dark Stalkers)
