Can someone tell me how to get the Serenade Hammer?

and i think that's the place where you have to pay the virus bugfrags to pass, but I don't remember.

Don't you have to get Flaman V3 to break the Security Cube that gets you there?

To get the hammer, you do have to unlock Flamamn's secuirty cube. You can open it by figting his random encounter in Yoka 1(And winning obviously.)Come with 50 bug frags or the beaten of Drillman's random encounter.(Hades Isle.) Each way is pretty obvious. Ignore the curtains keeping you from going. Climb to the blue platform and open the blue mystery data. Ignore the door wuth the wierd symbol. Use the hammer to smash the monoliths in the secret areas.
