Henshin A Go-Go BABY! (Spoilers Warning)

Okay so I purchased my copy of Viewtiful Joe yesterday after having played the first level demo for nearly four months. With the completed version now in my possession I began the ardous journey that Joe must undertake. Since I had the demo for nearly five months now, I fooled myself into thinking that I had the skill necessary to just start the game and whoop ass all the way through……..well it didn’t take long for a missile firing helicopter and swarm of Blanky’s to ***** slap me back into reality. By the second chapter I was well aware that the bad guys were tougher and the puzzles more clever than in the demo.

With only two chapters completed, I have come to the conclusion that Viewtiful Joe takes the first place spot in my video game library of Game Cube games replacing the long running Eternal Darkness as numero uno. Very few games now a days leave me with shaking hands when I’m done with a chapter or can cause me to want to launch my wavbird through the screen out in frustration because of a seemingly unstoppable Boss. I’ve only reached the part of the multi level sky rise after the dual helicopter battle and have yet to complete this chapter…..but so far soo ggooooddd!!!!

Damn, everyone ignores my topic about this.

it's a great game. I've beat it on Adults and unlocked Silvia, and now I'm working on V-rated mode to unlock Alastor.

WOOHOO I really got to put more time into this game. How long did it take you to pass the game on Adult mode??

I didn't even know you could unlock Sylvia as a playable character. Huh, I gotta get to whooping some serious Viewtiful Joe izzass !!

I dunno, it took me about a week, but I was usually playing at a rate of beating an Episode each night.

I went to my house for my lunch break to play a quick game and made it passed that AXE weilding maniac and it only took me four tries

I could probably pass a chapter a day but I would have find time to be able to play it effeciently. Any way I love this game next episode is on the "Sex Machine" !!

Does anybody have any tips on how I'm supposed to beat that last Boss ?? That damn fire spitting lion is starting to get on my damn nerves !!

Go into Mach Speed and attack the rocks on the ground to get a firey aura, then hit Leo while you're still burning. Then dodge his attacks while still hitting, then while he spins, dodge 5 attacks and he'll go dizzy, so then pound the heck out of him. Rinse and repeat. It'll help to slow down while jumping over him as he runs and shoots out fire rocks.

If you need more help consult an FAQ. It'll take you a while to get it down pat, he's a real pain in the ass.

Good luck! And don't be surprised if that fight isn't the end...
