How do you find Beastman once again?

I tried what Rudekaiser99 told me but it didn't work. Maybe I'am doing something wrong but I already beat Protoman and Alpha and I also gave Megaman a Sneakrun subchip right when I jacked in to the doghouse.

That's what I did. If not be patient whule running around and also did you beat his ghost navi in scilab 1? he's in a dead end you can go right when ou eneter just about. This'll be V2, the one you'll face in the doghouse is the same 1 as the 1 that was ranked. You have to beat V2 before random ecounters.

Well I did already beat him in the rankings and in Scilab1 so I will just try to look for that orogram that you told me about in the other post and then give MegaMan a Sneakrun subchip right when I jack in to the doghouse. Right? And what exatcly is this orogram that you told me about in the other post?

The program automatically enables Sneakrun. If that doesn't work, your games bugged.
