Thinking of getting Viewtiful Joe.....

I've been thinking for so long on whether I should get this game or not. I've seen TV reviews, I've read reviews, even played the game itself. But I'm still undecided, that's why I call upon you! THE PEOPLE! All I need is your opinion, I'm sure. Then I'll be fully convinced into getting it

I can either slap you now before you buy the game and find out that its totaly worth every last cent.....or.....I can slap you later after you've already bought the game and have seen for yourself that its worth every cent?

Oh and in other news, you've sold me. I was pretty convinced I'd get it before but I needed that last bit of convincing from people who played the game a lot.

Speak for yourself, I mean every word in my post LM, I think this game KICKS MAJOR ASS !!

Then again thats my opinion and its not like I expect everyone to think the game rocked. All I know is that I love it !! Oh and yes the length might not be that long but thats only if your playing on the Kids level. Anything beyond that Adult, VX Mode etc. will definetly help make the game seem longer than most.

Dang... I was told to pick a video game for a last minute present, and I didn't even THINK of VJ... I chose Eternal Darkness, which scares me to no end. And has a crappy camera to boot, so I can't see the things that are trying to kill me.
Blaaaaah, Ginrei must go to her own forum more...

No, but you could try selling it on E-Bay. I got VJ for Christmas, and it rocks. I'm stuck on episode 3 right now. Can't seem to beat Gran Bruce.

^ I didn't have much trouble beating him, go close to him, slow, zoom and punch. When he gnashes his teeth you need to get out of the way...fast.

Well, VJ is a great game... it has alot of style, and the battles and attacks are just too cool. You can play the game multiple times through to unlock new characters, a music video, and cutscenes. If you like action games it's definately for you. BTW, you probably should rent it first, just to be sure.
