Then again, just because you liked the game and they don't doesn't make them an idiot. When they used crappy reasons to explain it (i.e. "The background is all one color" when it's got lots of color), that's another story.

It's Gamefaqs. Alot of people there are fanboys who are probably just trying to start fights. Didn't they flame CK for giving Shining Force a negative Review?

Jeeze, they gave everything about a 8/10 (excluding Gameplay) and yet they gave it a 6/10 average? Me thinks this person is overexaggerative

Well at least you could read that review unlike many of the others. I actually have to say that I thought MNT and MMX7 were the biggest disappointments of the year for me. If I'd done that review, its gameplay and overall scores would have been given much less than that.

. I happen to think that in general, GameFaqs is among the best vigeo game related sites. Besides, you can't judge everybody who uses GameFaqs by ONE poor review.

There are many more reviews than just that one review that helps prove not everyone who goes there has a steady mind. True, it's an excellent site to go to for game info, but there are a lot of people there who seem to barely have a 5th grade reading/writing level.

For reviews, I'll turn to the pros. Looking to Gamefaqs for a good review(speaking for the majority of the reviewers) is like looking to a baboon for the theory of relativity.

Umm...does this guy not know math? I took the average of the number he gave them 31 divided by 4 and that's just about an 8, not a 6.

I go to Gamefaqs for the FAQs. On the message boards, all you find mainly is stupidity but there are some cool people who like to help others who ask a question.

On GameFAQS apparently think mispelling a word gives you the right to post and make fun of them. On the CS message board people think that just because they know what AK-47 stands for that they are gun experts. I manage to put up with them though.

A lot of the people at GameFAQS who write reviews are fanboys who set up extra accounts just to flame a certain game. There are few times that all of the reviewers are straight on the money (just check out their reviews for Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing right here).
