Don't expect that to change anytime soon. "The games have always been sort of a portable game," director Motohide Eshiro told Kotaku. "Even if we were to change the game and make it suitable for other systems, then perhaps the game would feel too far removed that people wouldn't think it is an Ace Attorney game anymore." The most likely candidate for a Phoenix Wright console release would be the Nintendo Wii, as it would be able to make use of the Wii Remote in place of the stylus. For the time being though, it looks like Capcom's cadre of lawyers will remain on portable systems.
