So, I want to try some new Mega Man series.

I've played Classic, X, and Battle Network, but I'm curious about some of the other games, like:

Command Mission
Zero
ZX
Legends
StarForce

If it's OK, can I have your opinion on these games.

If you like tsundere girls, I recommend Legends. It's action/RPG and has Tron Bonne in it. Graphics are kind of dated, though, if you care about those sort of things.

X1-3 (and 4 maybe) are good games. don't play X5 and up they are bad. the Zero series is good but it is different and VERY HARD. never played ZX. Starforce is the same battle network. don't play command misson. Never played legends, most people like it but its different, again.

Yeah, I think there's a rule of thumb that Mega Man games only stay good until the fourth or so game. After that, they have to sprout into a new series.

Legends nipped that in the bud by only having three games in that milieu.

Battle Network is technically the only one in the entire Mega Man series to have an actual ending where everything is resolved. Then Star Force comes out...

Mega Man Zero is hard. Like, aneurysm hard. Especially the first one, since it's very cruel with dying and continues.

Legends was fun. Too bad the PSP version never got a translation.

I'd suggest trying out at least one game of each series, and CM is pretty good if you like RPGs.

Maybe it would just be easier to tell you the games I have:

Mega Man 1-4, 7, &Bass, PU, 9.
Mega Man X 1-3, Xtreme.
Mega Man Battle Network 1, 2, 4.

Out of everything that's NOT on that list, what should I get?
