I'm seeing this as more of a reboot, especially since its creator isn't working for them anymore.

Still don't expect too much good coming from it. :/

I'll admit I'm being overly negative about the whole game without seeing much.

edit: still gonna rant for a bit here. Are reboots popular or something? Maybe I've got Slowpoke blood, but christ it seems that they keep popping up.
I can argue that DMC already went through a bit of a reboot and already covered some of Dante's past. "DMC2 is meh? QUICK, GO BACK TO THE PAST AND AVOID DMC2." Hell, there's even a novel that covers pre-DMC3 events, I think. No, I don't think I'm making any sort of legitimate argument. I'm in bitch-mode.
