What do they mean by "Fans didn't get involved" ...? I mean, I know they were taking submissions for ideas from fans to cover for their complete inability to design a Mega Man game without Inafune, but I actually never heard about it until I read the story about the game being cancelled. Sounds to me more like they weren't willing to budget any promotions to get fans involved.
