Dante reawakens next year in Devil May Cry HD Collection | Joystiq

Releasing February of next year with HD versions of the first three DMC games. For DMC3 it'll be the Special Edition that's rereleased: that means Vergil will be playable. Apparently there'll also be achievements/trophies and bonus content of some sort.

I've only played DMC4 and I loved that so I'm definitely going to bite.

I was damn close to buying the first three games; this is fantastic.

so yeah this came out just a few days ago. I got it and beat DMC1 in Normal mode. Pretty hard to get used to it after DMC4.

I'm doing Hard mode now, and I'll probably do DMD after that. I'm not looking forward to DMC2.

I just spent awhile fighting Nelo Angelo 3 in DMD. The difficulty is fun when you resign yourself to dying. Much better than Griffon 3 where I was all, "I'll get it this ti-damn, reset time."

The only objectively bad thing I can see about DMC is that camera. Also the bullet-hell boss is kind of eh. I guess Kamiya liked the Sonic Adventure games.
