Okay, this is a topic for those of you that don't want to make a whole series, but want to post just a single topic. You don't have to post it here, but you can.

This thread also has a second purpose, where you can give ideas and plots and the like for comics, and have people rate them, give feedback, etc.

Or just to make a small preview for your comic.

Ideas for plots? I'm almost practically bursting with those!

Let's see...

A comic where two doofuses unknowingly build a hotel that centers upon a continuation of universes, and go on adventures in said universes to ensure Universal safety...

The story of a 25 year old who lost his job to find out he can alter reality with his mind.

A massively expansive journey to the center of the Universe, or rather, a locale two miles to the left of the center of everything. The entire series ends with a long string of pointless questions which some superintelligent person answers.

I should probably start working on one of these some day, but it sounds like a lot of work, and I'm super-lazy. Xp I'd probably wind up using lame backgrounds and making corny jokes.

Besideswhich, I forgot most of the HTML I once knew to create websites with.

This comix idea is based on Star Wars execpt its called Nintendo Wars its kinda based around the Star Wars story line but a lot of differnce heres the cast:

wouldnt donkey be the yeti think instead of yoshi?? lol ...and an idea for a comic would be um....i say make a comic(i like the series more for some reason) with toad and mario walking around nc and for some reason yoshi comes out and he has rabies and attacks toad and mario...they die and luigi tries to capture yoshi for mario and figured out yoshi got rabbies from a raccoon...then he shoots the raccoon in the eye (like i did i hate raccoonns)

This is sort of a sprite game. I'll take a sprite from a game and I'll mess it up, like blurring or changing the colors. Then people can guess the sprite, and what game it's from. Could I make a topic for this?

its sort of an animation with sound idea but i cant do it. You take a game from a gamecube system (or some other high tek system (ps2 or xbox) and remake the intro 8-bit like what it might be like if it was made on the nes. (my idea was soul calibur 2, it probably would have been funny, and even more if it was 2d)

The leuge of marios... wait thats gonna be in my comic... o well, it would have mario 'clones' (one for each suit, tanookie maroi, frog mario, hammer mario, and for extras, shrink mario (small mario), fire mario (that ones obvious), and if i can, CITRUS MAN (if jay will let me).

Here's an idea that'd be more suited for a flash movie than a comic. See the idea is that it'd be like How the Grinch Stole Christmas with touches of A Christmas Carol, but instead of a mean guy who hates Christmas, it'd be about a happy fellow who loves Christmas, but celebrates it in the wrong way. It'd be in verse, like the Chuck Jones version of The Grinch, and it would end with the main character (Who I'm going to call "Moss," because.), absolutely hating Christmas forever and ever. Here are a couple of lines in verse to give you an idea of what the narraration (I'm not going to BEGIN to speculate on how this is spelled.) would be like.

Meet Moss, a fellow who likes Christmas a lot.
And celebrated it every chance that he got.
But Moss's idea of the whole Christmas season
quite ignored all forms of logic and reason.
While others would decorate a Christmas tree,
Moss would ignite everything he could see.
When ever he saw a poor girl in the street
Moss'd cut off her head and cok her to eat.

That kind of thing. I dunno, wha do ya'll think?

Ok,I've been a comix maker since July,and I need you're oppinions badly...Which comix series do you think would be more succesful?Here are the choices:

Mario and Megaman:I've been doing this one for a while.It's my favorite.

Robot Master Cofee Lounge:A series of short comix depicting the "break time" antics of the Megaman robot masters.

The Great Paper Mario Riot:A bunch of hapless villains try to beat the snot out of mario.

The Adventure That Seemingly never ends:A comic that stars two characters that I created and sprited.These characters are Galefore(springman edit) and birdy(Pidget edit).

Once I find a good hosting site,I'll post 'em here.If no one gives an opinion,I'll post whichever I want.

(WARNING!Mario and Megaman's earlier comix had two toned backgrounds.Bear with me,because that changes by comic 18.)

This idea I claim no royalties to. It was an older idea of mine and I was going to use it as a RPGM2003 game made entirely of 8-bit sprites and tiles:

Imagine being a down-on-his-luck loser who lives in a rundown apartment in an equally rundown and chaotic city with an idiotic roomate who always shows up whenever he isn't wanted and does random crap that doesn't make sense.

Now imagine, if you will, that this guy challenges Bowser, Count Dracula, and Dr. Wily to a game of poker in the shadiest bar in town. The stakes are simple: each player bets his entire fortune; winner take all. By disguising himself as a wealthy Norwegian Mud Slinger, he somehow convinces them that he has enough wealth to make the others WANT play against him. He wins. On account of some secret card trick (he cheated) he learned from whatever.

The random guy shows up at his victory and reveals to the villains of their adversary's trickery and is now being hunted by them.

Meanwhile: The guy buys a building with his ill gotten gains from Mayor Pokey and starts a restaurant with the help of his new friend who happens to be the building's resident spook.

The story continues for our hero as he travels the multiverse in search of rare treasures to add to his wealth (he is rivals with Wario), evading the clutches of Dracula, Bowser, and Dr. Wily, and still has time to run his popular restaurant. (Which is staffed by various video game characters).

Yeah, it's lengthy, but, as I've said, I claim no royalties to it, so someone could pick up on the idea or draw inspiration from it. Your choice.
