Need help with screen captures

I just got ZNES, and a couple ROMs. They're fun, but I can't figure out how to screen captures with it.
Could anyone help me?

Gah. F1 brings up a menu, I believe. And this doesn't belong here. You should have simply opened up the game keys menu or checked the help file like everyone else.
