They're not very funny, though. And if I had to hazard a guess, I would say that the world doesn't need another comic about wacky anthropomorphs and their random, unfunny adventures. [And nobody minds that the comic isn't Nintendo.] [ December 28, 2005, 02:20 PM: Message edited by: Glyph Phoenix: The Modren Man? ] |

And generally I need all my characters to make a good joke. And yes, the humor is fairly Eskimo Bob-esque, but I've got some really good ones coming soon. Oh by the way, our computer got attacked by a trojan horse, so I won't be doing many updates soon. ![]() |

Come on, not all anthropomorphic styles are bad. The story I'm attempting to do is more serious than anything. Think Paranoia Agent with a side of Samurai Champloo. | |

I'm going to upload some great ones as soon as I get this stupid trojan horse off my compy! It's tricky to introduce characters well AND have a really good joke in four panels. Plus it's my first time drawing cartoons, so cut me some slack. And I am going to take an art class sometime. EDIT: One other thing, in my previous post I just was trying to explain that comics don't have to be drawn well to be good. I wasn't saying my comic was funny. I understand that not all anthropomorphic ideas are bad (I for one am a BIG anthropomorph fan). But, really, if you're going to submit anything, make sure you do it right. Don't show off your mistakes. |

Make sure to check out week 1 for the Zoo Tycoon comic, which I consider to be the best. I'm sorry if I seemed overly defensive. I know constructive critisism is for the best. |
