Not that good. There's still the .jpg dithering problem, what program are you using and what can you save as?
Also, the sky needs a lot of work... those stars should be thinner and reach the horizon. A moon could also be a nice touch.
There's also the problem that it's cluttered and it's hard to tell what's going on.
Unless, of course, this is the old version.
And placing yourself in the comic... is a really bad idea. It's been done to death, I'm afraid. If you can find a way to make it interesting or original, go ahead, but since it's so cliched it's not going to be easy.

Heh, yeah. Thats from the old comic. I'm going to re-do the panels, and, ya know, make it look nicer. I use Paint. They are saved as BMP, and I can save as JPEG, and GIF. Which do you recomend?

In that preview...I dont want to say whats going on, because it will ruin the surprise of the next comic. And don't worry about me appearing in the comic. I got an idea.

Breakdown of formats
.jpg
-Horrible, brutal murder of any flat colors. Meant for photographs.
-Low filesize
.gif
-Some uniform dithering of colors, no big deal since you're using NC sprites
-Medium filesize
-Capacity for animation
-If you have a better .gif converter, you can save it with lossless compression
.bmp
-Lossless compression
-High filesize (too high)
.png
-Lossless ccompression
-Medium filesize
-Alpha transparency

.png is most preferred, but since you don't have that, use .gif. There will be some dithering, but it's not really going to matter much. Don't use .jpg, and do NOT use .bmp.

It was alright. You could improve in:

The moon. It looked a little weird.

Mr. Owl in the first panel. He is a bit blurred.

Your crown looks weird.

Heh...I made that moon really quick. I rushed this episode because, like I said before, this one was already halfway done. All I did was change the sky in the outside part (compare with the preview) and added the part with me. The next will be pretty good. Just got to think of how to continue it...
