the panels are nowhere near the same size, the blue background is kinda searing, there are the transparency problems indicated in the comic. You seem to have copied it, except for text, directly from a panel of Jay's comics. Try again.

I got them from the pictures where it said "Official Mascot/Presitdent of NC: Fred the Spanyard/Bill the Extra Guy".

that fact was obvious. Try getting yourself some sprites and BGs you didn't copy from a single image.

Well, No offense, but that comic's bad. first off, the blue background is a bit on the irritating side, Bill's sclera are supposed to be white, lots of blank space on the right, and the panels aren't even near the same size.

I think it is good but my dad beat me after seeing one of my comics so I kept doing it because it felt good!
