Does anyone know any killer Linux apps we should grab, aside from Open Office and GIMP? Basically, it's a mini-laptop system made by ASUS called "EEE". ![]() |

| Senior Member | Kaffeine, perl, thunderbird, and xpdf. Aside from those I don't know of any other good linux apps off the top of my head. Perl is a programming language, very useful if you are a programmer, and seeing as how you are buying Linux I am guessing that SD has some programming knowledge. |

It can't handle formatting, but it's the fastest way I know for editing plain text files. |
