World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King

The game just recently updated with all game-wide changes before the expansion comes out next month, my favourites being the achievements and the barbershop (though a confusing thing about the patch is that they changed to the Lich King title screen even though it's not installed).

I didn't get Burning Crusade until last summer, since I was still at a fairly low level when it came out (in fact, I still need four levels before I can get to outland).

I don't think I'll wait as long to get Lich King, but it's still up in the air if I'll get it right when it comes out

I already pre-ordered it. Can't wait. It's sounding pretty good from what I've read and watched about beta.

also, AH THE UNDEAD ARE ATTACKING

and the king is back. And he's dual-wielding Quel'sarrars...

Planning to get it.

Also, I had WoW on my old compy, but I installed it on my new one. A day later, it's still installing patches! T.T

The Thunderstorm of Thunder Bluff - WoW Insider
The video there is worth watching.

There's two starting locations in Northerend: Howling Fjord and Borean Tundra. Not sure which one I'll go to: probably the Tundra, simply because I don't feel like going to the Wetlands to take a boat to the Fjord. At around...level 73, maybe, I'll probably then start a Death Knight. You guys?

I decided to splurge and pre-order the collector's edition. ^^; Honestly it comes out in time for Christmas and Thanksgiving break. I do plan on getting it, and I even decided to make a Tauren Death Knight.

Honestly I'm still sticking with my warlock even though Blizzard clearly wants us to reroll death knight by nerfing them. My guess is I may go to the tundra as well.

Death Knight is a hero class and needs an existing character at level 55 or higher before you can make one, so I would say Warlocks (like me) are safe.

My mom pre-ordered it; I don't know if it's the collectors' edition, but it's arriving at our house on the 13th.

oh yeah, I have the CE pre-ordered. Not sure if it's going to be delivered, or if we're going to pick it up.

On a side note, you can see Tier 7 on your character if you have the AtlasLoot mod on. There's several Wrath sections, but I've been unable to see anything else but Tier 7.

also, just saw this. Old but funny:

hey, let's link armory profiles
The World of Warcraft Armory

Yeah, I know. "Hah! Look at this guy! His gear makes me laugh! L2Kara, loser!" I never went BC raiding, for strange reasons. The undead, dragons and another assorted evils of Wrath end-game will not be as lucky.

also, I'm making my future DK a Herbalist/Alchemist. Yeah. Fear my HoT, which spawns flowers by my feet, apparently.

Mirror Image is insane, and should have a long CD. :\

That ability affects all classes that aren't mages, though, not just Warlocks.

Amazing how mages say it's A-Okay but everyone else says it's overpowered as ****.

I wonder if they did that on purpose to encourage more people to reroll death knight.

I don't think giving mages one eyebrow-raising spell will make more people roll a Death Knight.

Your HP should be split between the 4 copies. That'd make sense.

Considering the fact that I do very little PVP other than battlegrounds, I am happy enough with my Warlock's capabilities.

Horde plans attack for Northrend on a map without Northrend - WoW Insider

Okay, I thought that was pretty funny.

Last phase of the pre-Wrath event is on. Go check out some of the cool stuff happening...if you're Horde. Alliance, just go to the Harbor. You have some dudes by a table. Granted, you have a badass king standing near a badass Paladin. Still, no duels for you.

Also, I never did Arena either.

...then what did I do?

I would do so if the realms were up and running (they've been down for ages -- though at last check it looks like they are starting come back)
