I cleaned my keyboard, and I have the scars to prove it.

Yesterday, I accidentally spilled root beer on the keyboard (not a lot... but enough). So I spent about an hour taking out the keys and scrubbing down every one of them with rubbing alcohol and numerous Q-Tips I found under my bed (I'm as confused as you are). Well, I finally got the keyboard cleaned, and it works as good as, if not better than, new.

Also, some of the alcohol got in my hangnail. **** hurts.

The only good part is that means your hangnail has now been partially disinfected.

You should've gone down to Costco and bought fifty keyboards. Don't bother cleaning them.

I have a fundamental need to clean this keyboard, but I don't think I've got the patience and/or the tools to do it.
