It's not likely that you care, but that's the first Great White to be kept in captivity for more than about two weeks, and only the second that's actually started feeding in captivity (the first one was killed because the divers didn't want to be attacked...). I'm hoping this one makes it, that'd be awesome!

Yes, they are endangered.

Erm, PZoH, what do you mean by another zoo? The Monterey Bay Aquarium has been around for a while.
