Things like this is exactly why I think more research needs to be done. This is only a small step in the right direction, but think wat they could be able to cure in the future.

I'm sure Bush would have no problem with stem cells from umbilical cord blood, only from embryos that would require basically an abortion. It has to do with when life begins, not Bush v. Science.

It's amazing how Scott Peterson was tried for killing his unborn baby, when it happens everyday across the country.

Am I the only person who knows stem cells can be harvested from a patients bone marrow?

If a dead fetus is just going to rot in a dumpster, why not use them for something useful that can change someone's life for the better?

Did you guys read the article? They said it was using stem cells from UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD. NOT embryos. Chaches.
