You do realize that if there is a draft, they draft people who are 18-26 (might be higher, forget the max age)? Not just people who are 18. The data is for recruitment, not draft.

I sincerely doubt they're going to find too many more young men and women willing to throw their lives at some sad middle eastern country.

It points to a draft or military failure in coming years.
