As the former and longtime moderator the of the Current Events board, I would like to nominate Lurch as my successor. He is very knowledgable about current events and I have never doubted his abilities to moderate (which makes sense, since he is an administrator).

While I am not an active member of VGF at the moment, I plan on continueing to stop in from time to time and wish you all the best.
