HOLY COW! a choking CAT!

the cat was choking on his collar when he then reached for the phone and dia;ed 911!

police autoritys couldnt believe their ears, A CAT! CHOKING!

they came and saved the cat, but was the cat's dialing skill LUCKY? or smart?
