How is this burglary? And why would someone who could set off the motion controlled censors so easily actually be thought of as wanting to enter a house?

Its not that uncommon to be on another persons roof, hell I'm on top of other peoples houses all the time...but then again when I do it I am trying to break in and rob them !@!
