Why would you want to pass a law to keep it trimmed anyway.It's not like it would be a environmental hazard. I like an unmowed lawn. At my place lots of flowers grown on the hill and it looks beautiful when the suns out. The only problem with that is the possibility of ticks. Man, I think I'll like that man.
