This law seems really stupid. Some hobo could come over to your box a defecate on it while your sleeping and the next day you wake up in jail. Especially urine. If it's in the soil or sewer then how are people to know. If the police are not going to enforce it then the law basically does not exist. And how are the police going to know were 500 feet is or 200 etc.

It's kind of hard to do that when they are starving or dying. Las Vegas loves it's strippers but hates it's homeless.
