WASHINGTON (AP) -- A suspected terrorist who spent years in a secret CIA prison should not be allowed to speak to a civilian attorney, the Bush administration argues, because he could reveal the agency's closely guarded interrogation techniques.

Um, if he's a former prisoner, they can't make him do jack squat. And even if they could, he could just cross the border and talk to a Canadian lawyer.

You'd better do it before they declare martial law and build a wall on the Canadian and Mexican boarders, and patrol the oceans with thousands of armed submarines.
