Some guy got arrested for e-mailing back a company who was sending him spam e-mail. So what was so bad about that? In the e-mail he repeatedly threatened to kill them all.

Imagine that, someone trying to fight back and he gets arrested for it.

Uh, he threatened to kill and torture them...that's quite illegal.

I know it's illegal. Still nice to think someone out there gets tired of it enough to want to fight back though.

My favorite example are the groups that hack spam mailer companies tho. Far more effective.
