I don't think they'll be able to pull off another large scale attack. Small attacks maybe, but large attacks no.

Well, duh, they're planning another attack. That's what they do. That's what their organization is all about. We didn't need an intelligence report to tell us that.
That's like having the CIA tell us that a group of fishermen are planning to go fishing.

This is another sort of "Duh" reports they keep releasing. "We think Al Qaeda is going to plan another attack!" Well, yeah....
