I'm looking at that list of "burglary tools," and it's all stuff that can be picked up at a hardware store without question. What constitutes that charge?

I mean, these guys are clearly guilty, and their excuse is one of the stupidest I've ever heard, but that's no reason to tack on a meaningless bonus charge.
