I've actually seen skull bongs, but never of an actual skull. The article doesn't mention how the police knew of the skull other than that the kids told them. There's parts of this story that are missing such as "why did the kids tell the police?" or "were the kids pulled over at a traffic stop and they just happened to find this?"
