They get cleared for beating/severely harming people on accident, or just on suspicion, but there's a different rule for everyone else. You defend yourself, and they want to ask questions, about why you did what you did, why did you use X amount of force, why didn't you call the police, etc. But a cop can shoot someone 10 times for stumbling or spray and beat people that were dancing and be perfectly fine. Not only that, they will justify it and people will believe whatever they spout. |
