Pokemon Online? - VGF

Does anyone else think a massive Pokemon based online RPG would be a good move for Nintendo? First off, with Xbox and Sony already with online titles, Nintendo needs to catch up and put itself more into the online gaming market. Probably one of the best options I think for this would be a Pokemon RPG, running around a large map of the Kanto, Hoenn, or Jhoto region (or possibly of a new 4th region to start and saving the other 3 for possible expansions, or starting with kanto and using the others for expansions) The concept of the Pokemon games is already a pretty basic RPG, much like Final Fnatasy except you can constantly add and change your party, and converting it to online may be as simple as it was to convert Final Fantasy to online as it did in XI, using more real time based attacking, all that would have to be changed is a possible added difficulty to actually capturing pokemon and a change to challenges, NPC and real player characters.

Does anyone agree or have any ideas, or even info on possible projects involving converting the Pokemon games to an online RPG?

According to information on D/P it will be Wi-fi ready. Although how it'll work I have no idea (I'm guessing Union Room type thing.)
