Serebii first states that it begins. I'm assuming he has the Japanese import. (he got the game from a site that ships the game two to three days before the release date.)

Firstly HMs Names and meanings

1:Cut (Duh! Cut from old games)
2:Fly (Same as above)
3:Surf (Same as above)
4:Strength (Same as above)
5:Fog Clear (Er...Clears Fog)
6:Rock smash (Old Game move)
7:Waterfall (Same as before)
8:Rock Climb (Climbs huge steps)

Flash is gone, yay.

Leaders Names, Types, Badge, Enables HM move .
1. Hyota, Kurogane gym, Coal Badge, Rock Type. enables Rock smash
2. Hatane, Hakutai gym, Forest Badge, Grass Type, enables Cut.
3. Sumomo, Tobari gym, Cobal badge, Fighting type (Unconfirmed), enables Fly.
4. Makishi, Nomose gym, Fen Badge, Flying type(Unconfirmed), enables Fog Clear.
5.Merissa, Yosuga gym, Relic Badge, Posion type (Unconfirmed), enables Surf
6.Tougan, Mio Gym, Mine Badge, Ground Type , enables strength.
7.Suzuna, Kissaki Gym, Glacia Badge, Ice type, enables Rock Climb
8.Denji, Nagisa gym, Beacon Badge, Electric Type , enables Waterfall.
